Im in college, andI think the hardest thing to do is quit drinkin. First off I quit weed, dont smok and eat super healthy. With all the gains ive made in the weight room an the price i pay for supplements I know I shouldnt drink. Problem is that when I do drink I usually get shitty. i never drink beer only wine or vodka. Would I actually notice a difference in apperance if I quit, or cut way back? Ive been drinking about 2-3 times a week, which is still way less than most of my friends. I dot give me some advice or something.
