someone tell me a little bit about this stuff. i know nothing about it. and im not going to waste it LOL, i know its a weight aid. fill me in. sides,gains,etc
 
It's a thermogenic, acts on the beta 2 receptors. It downregulates them fast so most people cycle it 2 weeks on 2 weeks off, usually ephedrine or something else on the off weeks. It's good stuff but start slow, 20mcg the first day and bump it up until you reach a good level, justwatch out for the cramps it can cause. People around here recommend taking 2 or 3 grams of taurine and potassium to prevent it but I have never needed to.

Clen is a fat loss drug. Some say its anti-catabolic. Which helps preserve muscle.
Its used in a pyramid schedule for 2-3 weeks on, 2-3 weeks off. Its looses effectiveness around day 18 for me. Then I use ECA in the off weeks. Its great I love it. The only sides you might get are cramps, sweating, and the shakes. All of mostly dose dependant.

I would honestly start at least 40mcg per day and bump it up by 20mcg everday until you find your sweet spot. You'll know when you hit it. Give yourself about 5 days to slowly ramp down as well..
 
Sides (that I know of) Headaches, especially the first few days on, shakes, I don't have them that bad, and loss of sleep if you take it too late, they to take it before 4 pm. It depends on the person, I've read of some with heartburn and stomach aches. Also drink a gallon plus of H2O daily or you'll crap. Take Taurine and Potassium so help prevent this from happening. Taurine is a must (as Mr. X would say) He'd also add not to take it too close to your workout to help with cramps.
 
I take about half when i wake up and half around 1-2 PM. I can sleep on it just fine. For some people, clen doesnt effect sleep. But if you take it early enough, you'll be fine.

Clen work's great for me and i sleep like a baby even when on 200mcg's,it actually makes me tired.
 
I take mine around 9am and have no problems sleeping by 10-11pm.

I've noticed if I have a high daily caffeine intake, it lessens the shakes. I don't know if that means it's lessening the effectiveness as well, but I try to avoid coffee 2 days prior to starting clen and while I'm on it.

Run it like this 20/20/40/40/80/80/100/100/80/80/40/40/20/20

That's two weeks. Cycle off for two weeks and run that shit again. If you want to run it for three weeks just add an extra day per dose. Congrats on the free gear.
