You can upload the pics to your gallery and then copy and paste the pics link into the IMG box that pops up.

Find a site that allows free hosting like Imageshack(someone posted the link in this thread), upload your pictures then when theyre displayed on image shack, right click your mouse button over the image, then click 'properties', copy the URL of the image 'http:Jubei#1' (for example), then when youre ready to post the image here, click the 'Instert Image' icon and paste the URL of your image into the box, or type
