Got pulled over for being "TOO" big

Listen to this one. Fuck'n cops have nothing better to do. I'm stopped at a light next to a cruiser, the driver looks over, then his partner, light turns green on go the sirens. I pull over, open the door to give them my papers and shit and they start freaking, "get back in the car!" again and again. making a scene. At first I thought it was mistaken identity, they're acting like a robbed a bank or something, a cop on either side of my windows and they got their hands on their holster. AND WHAT DOES HE SAY?!

"WHERES THE STERIODS???"

He's telling me if you have any in the car, hand it over cause we're gonna search it and if we find it, you're going in, blah blah etc. etc. I had nothing. I told him I had nothing and I denied taking anything every. They busted'm for a while, told me it was obvious I'm on drugs you can't get that big naturally, gave me a bullshit ticket and let me go without searching.

Just thought I shared that with you guys, in a way, they made me feel all huge, and they looked all worried I was gonna have a 'roid rage' or something so that was cool but i still got a fuck'n ticket for nothing.

That's crazy. I got pulled over last week and the cop saw my protein bars in my passenger seat and we started talking about training and stuff like that. He was cool and gave me a warning for going 76 in a 65 and I didn't even have my insurance papers in my car (left them at the house) . How big a guy are you?
 
For some reason I have a hard time believing this. What were you flexing your biceps at the officers from your car because usually you can't tell just how big someone is from their car.
 
thats weird...

cops cant legally pull you over if you havent done anything visibly wrong. and even if they pulled you over for missing a turn signal or something stupid, they have no right to search your car, as possession of steroids has nothing to do with the violation.
 
trialor, as far as the legality of the situation goes, i don't know, but if you're right, that thats probably why they didnt search, as I mentioned that said that but didn't. Guess they were just trying. And what you're saying about having a reason to pull you over, that may or not be true but reality is, I've been pulled over enough times just to "check papers".


cbeaks/pitbull2, I aint no huge mofo, I just finished a short 6 week fina/test cycle, weighing in at 188, 5'9, not sure of my bf but its low, very vascular. Thanks fina.

Silverback/Zerxes, Not for nothing, those are some pretty stupid responses. I have 19 posts since AUG 2001 and I came on here to make this up? First of all, my stang is convertible, secondly I was wearing a tanktop cause I was on my way to the gym and WHY THE FUCK would I make that up?

i dont think they were worried about "roid rage".............its very simple see....you get angry, they pull out their 44mils and put a couple of caps in your "pin-cushined" ass

as far as the ticket goes, what exactly was the charge???????? did it say "$70 for taking too much space"???

Ive seen cops crack the shit out of big guys. trust me they aint scared!

My old boss from the gym was 5'9 230lbs monster. It took 3-4 cops to arrest him in the middle of the street. So TRUST me! They were not afraid!

alright, here's whats up. first of all, they can't pull you over just to pull you over. there has to be probable cause. second of all, they shouldn't have been going for their pistols as a first resort, pistols are a last resort when all other means of lesser effect have failed. thats why they have a baton and pepper spray. also, they can't search your car. they can say whatever they like but they cannot search you car without your concent. it goes with the 4th ammendment rights. when someone is aprehended from the vehicle, they are allowed to search the "Lunging area" which basically consists of the front seat. anything in lunging distance. keep that in mind bro, you could fuck these guys if you really wanted to.

Similar thing happened to me one time. I got pulled over for being too drunk. They told me to stay in the car, and said where is the beer. I told them to fuck off, that it was all mine and they couldnt have any. Besides, it was already gone. I'm just glad that a friend of mine was good friends with the judge and threw this out of court. It sucks being too drunk!

3. Where's you dream world where cops only take precautionary measures if you weigh over 250? Cause if you're under 250, you can't be dangerous.

thats why my mustang windows are tinted jet black you should think about it. plus its fun when some guy gets pissed at you cuts you off then gets out of his car. not knowing what you look likethey usually get back in thier cars pretty quick:)
 
The thing that sucks is that IF they pulled you over simply because you are jacked, and they assumed that for that reason, you fit the profile of a person carrying Steroids(which is rediculous), then they did indeed violate your 4th Amendment rights. You could indeed file a report against these fucking ignorant pigs(if in fact this is how it happened), but all they have to say is that you were driving "eratically", and they can basically pull you over for just about anything. I was in San Francisco a few weeks ago, and they pulled me over for the reason I just stated, and it was TOTALLY horse-shit!! They pulled me over because I had out-of-state-plates, because I am young, and it was late on a weekend night & they were hoping for a DUI or to get some drugs more than likely. That shit STILL isn't an excuse to pull a guy over(and it is also a 4th Amendment rights violation), but all the fuckers have to do is to throw that "driving erratically" shit in there, and they got you by the short & curlies ya know?! It boils down to a he said/she said thing after that, and if they indeed DO get you for some sort of infraction(even after pulling you over for a bogus excuse), then you pretty much have NO leg to stand on. The best you can hope for, is that there have been other similar complaints about these same pigs, and that yours might cause I.A to look into them further. It isn't like they are going to boot them off of the force for your complaint alone, but if this is common behavior for these fuckers, then an additional complaint(yours) can't hurt if you are out to fuck them over.
 
what is the ticket for? they cant just give you a ticket for being ' "TOO" big'. if they did give you a ticke, its probably just a fix-it-ticket which isnt a big deal really. just go to your cities PD or the the PD that gave you that ticket, get the correction checked out and pay your fine. but im just curious, what did you get a ticket for?
 
For a cop to pull you over he needs RPG (reasonable probable ground), otherwise he is violating your charter of rights to freedom (I am in Canada)\
He also needs RPG to search your car, such stollen car, drugs made obvious, open bear bottles/cans, etc. Otherwise he is violating ......

Next time when a cop pulls you over, ask him why? If he sais "random spot check" and he is not set-up to do so like in your case, tell him that he is violating your rights and you are being descriminated for whatever reason.

The HA bikers use that all the time here in TO and it works. In some cases they even refuse to provide any information because they are being singled out cause they belong to HA
 
I wouldn't be calling too many people stupid, after all if this is true then you are the stupid one for accepting a ticket and not filing suit for harrasment. It may be true, but it just sounds over the top. I know if it would have happened to me, I would have a good lawyer by now and would have four cop testicles on the chopping block.

Here is a way to clear your name and verify your story. Post a picture of the traffic violation taped to your 17" arms. This will stop all flaming. Just a suggestion.

and what, pray tell, was the ticket written out for? "he was too big" - "Why, that violates section 43-1.1 of the criminal code!" :rolleyes: - somehow that seems far fetched. - if you are black, in a black mustang and fairly sizeable I could better understand.

or maybe the cops just thought your had stolen your moms car and were out on a joy ride. Or maybe they thought you had a concealed weapon. Where you perhaps wearing a long sleeved shirt maybe thats what you got the ticket for with those 17 in guns pointing at them
 
I think it was for " Impersonating a bodybuilder " I really don`t think the term " jacked" should be used in describing 17 in. arms.
