Got pulled over again today

for speeding...the cop let me go with a warning and gave me a ticket for my tint...I thanked him...no point...How long do i gotta worry about this warning for???

I'm not sure how long a warning sticks for or even if they keep record of it. But I'm thinking that should be the last of your concerns. Don't want to sound like Dad. But you either have to slow down or get a radar detector...

Vic you must have been trying to achieve altitude to get pulled over around here. In time you'll know where to speed and when.

I got a radar detector...It didnt go to 9 bars like it normally does when i am gunned...It his like 2 or 3 so I didnt think he shot me. But I am pretty good, from what i hear the spot he got me at was one where they always hide...For some reason I never see them there and im on the road all the time...I was getting careless i guess.

Limits are there for good reason (not just for the cops to make money).

I'm gonna have to disagree on that, speeding laws are a joke, it is the biggest waste of manpower in law enforcement, if you look at the statistics, most accidents don't occur simply because someone was going above the speed limit, they are usually attached to drinking, carelessness or someone who is just a dipshit. I think the biggest travesty occurs on our freeway system, in michigan, most of the freeways are 70mph, most people as a rule drive in the 75-80 range. Another thing, speeding laws are used now as a way for officers to do searches and what not, if they don't pull people over, they don't find drugs or things of that nature.

That's interesting. I don't have a detector and I've never been pulled over in NJ.
