Leave it in the trunk, decorate it, and drive around town.

:lmao:

i keep reminding my gf that my trunk space is about to diminish even further. have to get my stereo installed, which the 2 subs will take up 1/2 the trunk.

lol you drove it home like that hahahah awesome

well, i had to get the tree home somehow. only had to go a few miles. it had started to snow yesterday when we left the house and the roads were getting really slick. my ABS was kicking in every time i touched the brakes. this was actually a good thing because on the way back home everyone was driving 15-20mph. if the roads would've been clear, i would have put on my hazard lights and just putzed home at 30mph so i didn't lose the tree.

gotta do what you gotta do sometimes.

Time to go FAKE... We did this year, and let me tell you
I don't miss dragging in a 12 ft tree and getting stuck with needles and pine sap all in my junk..

Nice snow you got there..

Our house only has 8 foot celings in the room we wanted to put the tree, so our tree this year is pretty average. But last year we were still in our apartment and we have vaulted ceilings. We got a 13 foot tree and the only thing we had to get it home was a '97 Saturn SC. I wish we would have taken pics. It was pretty interesting.

Seriously.. A roadside tree stand started offering delivery within 10 miles
of their place this year.. I think it was like only 5 bucks extra..

Good idea for people with ricers and such..

no way. i refuse to do a fake tree. i'll wait til a week (less if i can) before xmas to get the tree though. less needles in the house and less time the animals can mess with it.

AlienAmp - you're an ass :lmao:

There are different types of christmas trees, there are some that have needles and are not pocky.

Merry Christmas Crak.. :frsty:

I got my tree this past weekend too. They put it through this cool machine that wrapped a netting around it. It was easy to take home :)

Cheap tree all the way. The tree my family has is on its 15th and final year of service. Could never get a real tree because my dog used to be the vaccum cleaner. Now he's just old man.

Redneck christmas all the way!

Y - i got your K message but i'm not spending that much on a fake tree. no way. that's like 10 years of live xmas trees, and the fake would probably be missing pieces after 2 years.

i like the real trees though. they're cool. my dad spent the extra one year to get a tree that had the roots wrapped up and what not. he put it in the yard after xmas, right over where the septic tank used to be. that thing grew FAST. that was maybe 15 years ago. i saw it last year (we moved out of that house about 8 years ago) and it was huge and extremely healthy. something tells me the septic tank aided it's growth.
