got my first subscription flex in the mail today

i like reading about the constests and seeing how the pros physiques have progressed. yes i can do with the net but i cant take the net with me to the bathroom.

I'm not a fan of any of the Muscle Comics. A lot of advice is poor and can cause injury if heeded. The problem is the people that read them are usually newbs training on thier Bowflex that know no better.
