I got it yesterday...took 10 days....not bad not good...about average T/A time.

Started the regular Derma yesterday, will run for 4 weeks and then finish with four weeks of the sustain.

However, 4-5 pumps is a lot of the lotion. When I pumped it into my hand the first time I knew it was going to take most of my shoulders and chest to soak it all up. Well I got my girl to help me rub it in...but then i started thinking maybe its not the best if she rubs it in...obviously she will get some on her and evenutally it will pass into her blood stream transdermally. PP or Needto would this be a problem? Or can I continue to have her rub into my shoulders and upperback?

No do not have her rub it on you. Place one pump at a time in your hand. Spread the one pump on and then repeat 4 more times.

I wouldn’t have your girl do the rubbing for you. Just get what you can on your back and shoulders and put the rest on your torso. (or balls if your so inclined like so many customers.)

just pump it directly onto your delts, 2 on each side, skip the whole pumping it into your hand thing

my routine was pump twice on left delt, spread with right hand

then pump twice on right delt, spread with left hand

product viscosity is relatively high so it shouldn't run when pumped right onto your shoulder
