got mesotherapy for gynomastia

Hey guys,

Got some lippodisolve done the other day for a slight case of gyno. Here's the status so far. Pretty easy procedure, doc was cool. Only a few of the shots were slightly painful. Nothing big. Could feel my chest starting to swell immediatily after the injections. Doc told me to wrap my chest in an ace bandage because the slight movement the next couple of days would be a little painfull.

Day 1 after injections. Woke up, and chest was so swollen I thought my skin was going to burst. Itched like you wouldn't believe. The slightest touch hurt like a severe sun burn but not very serious. Went to take a shower and my entire chest was beet red and bruised at injection sites. Damn I thought I'm allergic to this shit. My chest was so swollen couldn't wrap it with my ace bandages. they weren't big enough and armpit were swollen making it difficult to do by myself. Went to work in the las vegas heat wearing a long sleeve demin shirt to hide my swollen chest. What fun.

Day 2. Same as yesterday but the itching and redness wasnt as bad.

Day 3. swelling almost back to normal slight itchiness redness almost gone. Can wear normal shirts again. To touch now feels like a light sunburn no biggie. Good thing to I have to spend the day at the DMV.

Will update on how the rest goes.

Well it's been about 11 days. Been working 11 straight nights so no time to update this until now. Swelling is all gone. I've lost some tissue now. Not a whole lot. If I don't loose more then I would say this was a total waste of money and time. Still have about a week to go before maximum results are known.

I've tryed letrozole before at 5mgs a day for 3 months. My tits went down with the puffiness for the time i was on the drug but like 2 weeks after it came back. Keep us posted on how this mesotherapy is working for you. I got the gyno surgery done(ouch $6500!) but my boy who has some slight gyno from a heavy previous cycle might be interested if works and since its no where near the price of the surgery. Thanks K

it generally takes more then one session you might want to go back for one or two more sessions. (it also depends on how aggressive the doctor is on his formulation of ppc/dc

I'll take your advice. I have lost enough that my chest isn't so pronounced it's visible in polo shirts are anything anymore. Maybe one more time will do it. Next time I'll tell the doc to be more aggresive and see what that does.

ask him what strength of the ppc/dc he is using the strongest on the market is 10/9.5 but you might not need the most potent.

Posting Standard Before and After Gynecomastia Procedure Pictures that demonstrate both static and dynamic aspects of the results can be very helpful in showing others what has been done.

I have been reviewing many different techniques over the decades I have been a surgeon. I have seen terrible results with techniques that kill cells and ask the body to clean up the debris. When the body heals fat that has been injured and the result is firm fat or fat with thickened scars, the deformity can be just as bad as the firm gland that looks terrible on animation such as flexing muscles. Try to find movies or flexing views for evaluating results. What I have seen of actual patients done by others has been utterly disappointing.

"Fat Dissolving" or Laser "Fat Killing" techniques DO NOT deal with gland. There are fingers of fat between fingers of gland. Remove fat, leave gland behind and looks worse especially with action and movement typically important to a bodybuilder.
