Got it.. Winnie and Dbol

Okay so I got the gear, Winnie and Dbol. I am just wondering what you guys would suggest for a good cycle. I figure I'd start off with 10mg/day for the Dbol and at least 1mL every other day for the first two weeks. After that pyramid to the max and come back down with a good PCT at the end. Any suggestions? :chomp:

I am 6'0 215lbs 25 yrs old. Been through a few cycles in the earlier days. Been out for a while and am just starting for the comeback. I have heard recommendations of maybe including a Test. Should this be a concern if at first I want to lose a few pounds. I know muscle memory will come into play after about 12 weeks and I will start to gain a little bit of size from the Dbol alone. My diet will be the ANPB diet recommended by MR. X.

I guess I am open for all suggestions. My profile pic was about two and a half years ago. I have kept the broadness but have included a bit of a gut from the family life and no gym. Anything you can do to help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
 
Why don't you try training for a while without jumping back into the gear? You sound like you've taken a lot of time off. You could work out for a few months at least, and build up some of your base again.

Also, why two orals? You should think about picking up some Test E/C and drop one of the orals. If you go with the Dbol, you should probably run it at 20-30mg a day. I wouldn't do it more than 4-6 weeks. Four weeks would be plenty. You could run the Test at 350-500mg a week for 10-12 weeks with the dbol at 30mg or so for the first 4 weeks until the test starts to take effect.

I am by no means an expert, so you should get some information from other bros here as well.
 
Sorry I guess I should clarify. I am using the Naprosim 5mg Dbol and the injectable Winstrol. I would never dream of taking two orals at one time. Way too harsh on the liver.

I am going to lay a god base for a while before I just right into the juice again. At least for 6 wks. I should be okay with that. I just wanted to feel around to see what people were thinking about the Dbol and Winstrol cycle along with the ANPB diet.

Thoughts??
 
me personally, I dont like Dbol unless its used at the start of a cycle for about the first 4 weeks or so, in conjunction with another AS. The gains are quick with DBol but short lived, much of that is because the majority of size is due to water-weight. So I only use Dbol at the start of a cycle if I am too impatient for the other gear to kick in.

You said something about Test...

I stack everything with a base of Test. I love it. Most people around here will probably tell you the same. I like to run test for 10-12 weeks. I strongly suggest running test with your cycle, but thats just my opinion. I'd also see what some more experienced vets around here advise you.

Im glad you will focus on training for at least 6 weeks prior to jumping back into the gear-game. I have a feeling a few people around here will say thats not long enough, but at least you are doing something prior to wanting to throw a cycle in your system. A lot of newbies, especially around this time of year with Spring Break comin on, come around here askin for advice for cycles when they have no diet or training under their belt. *golf clap* to you! :Chef:
 
Bro you might as well drink the winny, oral and injectable are processed by the liver the same... both 17aa... you're taxing your liver hard on this cycle...
 
I have heard of this, drinking the winnie but I assume as most will say that it is the same on the liver. I would much rather my 22G 1 1/2in pin prick versus drinking this shit. :)

I have been on numerous cycles. I had to bulk for a while to get to the 215lbs. I started off at 165lbs when I was 22 and put on some good size as you will see in my prof pic. I have kept the broadness. I just need to lose a little around the gut area and get the muscles hardened again. I can't decide whether or not I want to use the Dbol for about 6 wks and end with EQ or should I just add a test in the cycle for the hardness while shedding the few extra pounds.

If I should list the cycles I have taken please let me know if this will help.
 
10 mgs/day of D-Bol will do very little in terms of gains. I would get back into training consistently, lower your BF, and then jump on a test and Winstrol cycle. Injectable and oral winstrol stresses the liver the same.

Correction, forget teh winny and dbol. 400mgs of test/wk + arimidex will do you wonders.
 
I agree with Mr.X plus you said your trying to loose weight taking d-bol wont help you with that it will help you gain if anything. 10 mgs wont do shit by the way.

train and eat hard for a few months then jump on test e 500 mgs a week for 12 weeks w/ adex .5 ed
 
Okay I think I might need to explain a little more. I am not really trying to lose weight. I am not fat by any means. I am trying to rid the soft fat around my midsection. I do not need to lose weight at all just excess body fat. I still need to build size to be quite honest with you so that I can rip back down to see what was built I guess is what I am trying to say.

@Mr. X will your ANPB diet help with this task? I have read that article over and over again and it seems to me that would help however I have also received input that maybe I should make up some tren to assist with this process but of course I don't know how to cook pancakes much less tren. :)

I'm not familiar with X's diet. I'll have to check it out. I suggest that you diet down before you bulk. You'll have less sides that way and gain more lean body mass when you start bulking.

ANPB diet is too extreme, it's mostly for a quick fix. You should look into BodyOpus style diets for something effective
 
BodyOpus is the best diet for someone over 10% bodyfat. I did that diet for 9 months straight once. Yes, I'm sick in the head... ;) . I found that it's great when over 10%, but loses it's effectiveness when you drop into the single digits. At that point a high protein, mod fat, and low carb diet works best.

With a modified refeed/carb-up, you should be able to run the diet up to the 2 weeks prior to a show.
 
Where can I find this diet? Is it located on the forum somewhere? I know for a fact that I am over 10% BF. So I am guessing that there is a formula somewhere that I can find this diet so I can manipulate it for my best gains?

@Mr. X, you said that it's for quick results, how much weight are you talking about shredding quickly? Does it also lose muscle? Also is this BodyOpus diet effective enough to allow pumped workouts for an hour and a half per day, not including cardio? I have also heard great things about adding a Nitrous Oxide to the diet.

@Makavelli, where did you find this diet and how did you manipulate it to your habits to create the best gains for yourself?
 
Save your Dbol for a kickstart of a real cycle. ex, some test E or something.
...And if your hellbent on taking an oral cycle just take the winny at 50mg ed for 6 weeks or so. That should warrant the gains your after and they should be quite keepable. Keep in mind your liver detox and well as a proper pct.

ps. 10mg of dbol wont do a thing.
 
Okay I think that answered all of my questions. I need to find this BodyOpus diet, which I don't know where to find and workout for at least 3-6 months and get into a bulking cycle. Got it. Any other suggestions would greatly be appreciated.
 
Actually I did just google this and found a book written by Dan Duchaine. I purchased the 300+ page book and will definitely be reading it soon.

@Mr. X I assume you have read this book and it contains what you are referrig to in your posts above. Thanks for the advice by the way.
