Got high from working out today...

Was doing sets of deadlifts, 8-12 reps with 275-315. I'd do a set, then go do the bike for about 2-4 mins. After about 10 sets of deadlifts, towards the last 3 I was feeling high as a kite after every set and would last until the next one. Still have a nice glow from the workout 30 minutes later. Total workout was 10 sets of deads and 70 minutes of cardio at around 160 heart rate.

Maybe that is regular for some of you guys but for me it was a helluva workout.
 
You might not have been "high", you might have just been dizzy or something.

Should smoke a bowl or two after your workout
 
I agree, that "high" feeling was from lack of oxygen or maybe too much oxygen.

try this, take a couple deep breaths over and over again until you start feeling high.
 
About a month ago, I smoked a bit of grass, and then hit the gym. My workout was GREAT...I felt no muscle fatigue at all. The next day I was sorer than anything, though. That is my story about my high-times of working out.
 
Sounds like you got a massive endorphin release from the intensity of your workout.

I wouldn't follow that regimen on a regular basis though, especially for deadlifts.

I used to smoke a little and then go jogging, I could run for miles without fatigue.
 
Despite my obvious stance on weed, I personally prefer to be sober for training. The only work out I would like to do while intensely high would possibly be doing an Arm day, becuase you definitely arent catching my ass doing heavy squats while baked.
 
wow 10 sets at 12 reps of 315 is some pretty solid lifting dude
your back must be hurting now though
