Was doing sets of deadlifts, 8-12 reps with 275-315. I'd do a set, then go do the bike for about 2-4 mins. After about 10 sets of deadlifts, towards the last 3 I was feeling high as a kite after every set and would last until the next one. Still have a nice glow from the workout 30 minutes later. Total workout was 10 sets of deads and 70 minutes of cardio at around 160 heart rate.
Maybe that is regular for some of you guys but for me it was a helluva workout.
