I got my Testosterone and Thyroid tested along with some other items. I haven't ever tried and ass or anything, but I plan to start my first cycle in the begining of October, so I read it would be wish to get blood work done before starting so I know what my normal levels are.
Well my:
Testosterone = 2.97
Free Testosterone = 14.5
TSH = 1.31
My doctor isn't very good, and doesn't explain anything.
So please help.

those numbers are meaningless unless you put them in context.

Total test is usually measured by ng/dL with a reference range of 241-827
Free test is measured in terms of a percentage of total test and then again as ng/dL with a reference range of 40.0 -250.0

Typically younger men are towards to top end of the reference range and as you age you creep closer to the low end, but hopefully not too low.
