Got a question

I've tried to order my gear and for one reason or another, it doesn't seem to get here. I'm not clear as to why, although I have my suspicions. I have correspondence with my source everyday and there doesn't seem to be a problem and I even have references of this never happening before, so what I'm asking is...do ya'll think that the shipment has been rifled through at UPS or wherever he sent it ( I can't remember right now) or it was seized or ANYTHING. I can't think of much more. I mean, it's an inside the U.S. delivery, so I don't see the problem there....but I'm looking for other areas and maybe I haven't thought of everything. I don't know. I guess I never realized starting a cycle would be this much of a pain in the ass. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
