A lady friend of mine is considering taking some gear, but isn't sure what to take. She is about 40 years old and in good shape. She would like to add a little muscle and tone up. She is a personal trainer so her diet is pretty good and she works out regularly. She has a bottle of the 300 mg ttokkyo Deca, but isn't sure if that would be best for her. Would this be OK? At what dosage? Will water retention be an issue? She is about 115lbs. Thanks for the help!
