Got lil less than half a vial and this will be the first time I have ever used any not wanting to really put on a lot of mass and someone told me I could take like 0.25 and that would be a good start... Like I said this will be the first time I have ever juiced just want to see where I stand and go from there any tips as if it would even be worth it to take it or would it be better just to stick with creatine or something like that..Sorry if this sounds stupid or if I rambled
