got a lump from injections

heating pad if it gets really sore the next day or two.................................helps alot and i wouldn't worry,the oil needs to circulate

Immediately after I inject, I massage for around 10 minutes with one of those electrical hand held massagers. A couple of hours later, I usaully do it again. Then I'll usually sleep with a heat pad for the first, and maybe the second night.

I've had little soreness when I do this with Sust injections and can easily lift the next day.
