gosh dang computer serious issues please help!

okay...

all of the sudden today my computer (xp) started restarting itself less than 1 minute after it started up.


what the hell is going on? it wont stay on. btw it wont stay on long enough for me to copy a presentation that i need to finish for tomorrow.

Scan your PC for viruses. if nothing go to Mcafee.com download a utility called Stinger and run that should kill that old virus.

well, got it fixed. i had to log in in safe mode with networking as the administrator, download norton, wouldnt allow install in safe mode, so i copied it to shared documents installed it, then repaired windows xp installation.

finally. 1 fucking virus. that was all.
