had some coffee going before stepping into the shower, got out headed toward kitchen and its the smells so freaking wonderful. just wakes up all the senses. Haven't had coffee in forever and this is a perfect morning for a hot mug.

hey babe! I did back and hamstrings sat and im still sore/stiff. Maybe ill do a ten minute yoga session or something. Actually that sounds great!

And damn skippy, that brew is starting out my day just feeling mighty dandy.
