sorry guys, I'm back. I fell down and it took a few minutes to roll over onto my back and then get up.

I can't have a sammich so Killah would you: grill me some chicken, wash some baby spinnach leaves, toss the spinach in mac nut oil targon vinger, sprink some almond slivers on it, cut the chicken in strips and bring it to me with a nice tall glass of water. Thanks
