Goodbye carbs....

Tomorrow I say goodbye to carbs and I begin my next cycle (fat loss/small amount of muscle gain in mind - obvioudly)... Here's what I have planned:

Diet:
meal 1
12oz tuna
1tbsn flax oil


meal 2
16 egg whites


meal 3(post training)
triple threat 3/60 shake
1 soar carb drink (by VHT)


meal 4
16 egg whites (1 carton of egg beaters)


meal 5
10oz ground turkey
1 tbsn flax oil


meal 6
10oz ground turkey


meal 7
10oz ground turkey

Totals
Cal: approx 2700 (proabably a little more)
Pro: 420 (approx)
Carbs: 135 (approx)
Fat: 45.5 (approx)

Training split:
(I can post my exact workout plan if you want, but for now I'm just posting my split)
Day 1: Back/Traps
Day 2: chest/tris
day 3: bis/delts
day 4: legs/abs
run like this: day1, 2, 3, 4, rest, repeat...

I will be on lipo kinetix throughout the entire cycle (even while on clen).
The test I am using is Testoviron depot by schering. I will also be using ttokkyo EQ, and zambon winny...
dosage for *'s in the cycle layout:
CLEN - 2 weeks on 2 weeks off (off weeks eca) starting dose: 60 mcg
(each pill is 20mcg) and increase every day till you feel jittery
and then decrease by one and stay at that dose from then on.
T3 - 111 222 333 4444 3333 2222 1111 1/2 1/2 1/2 1/2 using 25mcg tabs.

Thanks so much to M18 for helping me plan and restructure this cycle ,and all my cycles, and thanks to beezers for helping me work out my diet... You guys are awesome...

So you are getting all of your carbs in one meal???

Are you using slin before your carb up meal???

No, I'm not using insulin at all.... Most carbs are post workout, there are a few in the egg whites, but not too much..

Hahaha... I know... I don't really like tuna, but it's so high in protein and cheap.... I can choke it down for 10 weeks and just brush my teeth for 10 minutes after ;)

If you start feeling and getting weak increase fat intake, natural peanut butter Mac nuts etc.. When you get to where you want to be increase carb intake slowly. one meal at a time.

Have you use EQ before? For some people it increases appetite so much, they can't diet. If you are one of them, you may want to drop it and run Tren all 12 weeks. Well, that's what I would do.
Any cheat days?
How you are goind to cook your egg whites?
Are you sure, you don't want to add a little red meat sometimes?
What is amount of carbs in your postworkout drinks?

I've never used EQ before, I can fight off appetite problems pretty easily if I keep my mind straight...
I don't really have enough tren for 12 weeks, but I think I'll be smooth with the EQ. I don't do cheat days, I eat clean all the time even off cycle, so I dont have any kind of problem with that. I may add some red meat on certain days, this is just my basic plan, which I will adhere to fairly straight on, but I may add some red meat. I'm not sure how I will cook the eggs, maybe just in a pan, scrambled... Do you have any suggestions? there is 110 carbs in soar and 19g or 23g of carbs in my protein drink, depending on which triple threat i use...

Again, it looks like you have perfect plan. The reason I asked about eggs, because the availabiltily of cooked eggs is almost twice higher then raw, but, it doesn't matter how you cook them, as long as you do...
Actually, I like your diet so much, I'm going to use it myself, with a few minor changes. A little more simple carbs after workout, and much more red meat ( I'm not cutting for the show, so I can take it easy...hehe..)
Keep us posted, how it's going, especially diet, please.
 
No flame, but is all that gear really necessary for a cutting cycle?????

the only difference is im gonna be taking it wit eq, clems, and winnys see how that works out....
 
Looks fucking great. I DEFINITELY think you should up your fat intake. Towards the end of the cycle especially, I think you should reduce your carbs even further and really load up on the flax oil and fish oils. Be sure to give us updates!!!
