Good workout?

The GVT works, but mostly for novice bodybuilders or guys who usually follows protocols of strength training and then shock the muscles with a routine of this kind of volume, great for giving the muscle and joints a break from the heavy training and going up on a PL or Olympic lifting weight class!

But the German Volume Training can only be called by this name if it's done 10 sets of the same exercise, so the routine Mr Tc Luoma is trying to promote, by just writing down the name Charles Poliquin on his article, is something else entirely, some people don't know any better than trying to diminish someones work to promote theirs, I won't even comment on the supposed cons this " TC guru" mentioned!
