Shit, that's really good... I wish I was that strong, here are my stats:
Age: 18
Weight: 170
Height: 5'7"-5'8"
Bench: 135x10, 155x10, 185x10, 205x10, 225x6, 245x3, 265x1.......... after that go to dumbells.
Squat: 455x3(90 degree bend in legs) (no free squat machine, so Smith machine)
I aspire to be in law enforcement, but I need to be a lot bigger and stronger! Imagine someone like WODIN or Cornholio high on rock/PCP coming after you? NOT a preety site for the smaller dude!!!
Any tips on improving bench? I talked to b fold and he helped me out some.
