What kind of workout should I be looking at to get more strength/tone instead of bulk? I'm tryin to find a workout to get cut up for this summer. Any suggestions?
Hey dude wanting to cut is losing bf while maintaining muscle mass, and by doing that it will give you a harder and more ripped appearance (when you reach fairly low body fat that is). As said above its about the diet and a little bit of cardio if needed and keep lifting those heavy weights! good luck !

I've been doing a diffrent work out to accomplish just what your talking about. I am horrible about my diet but I have just simply stop eating as much and trying to eat meat and such. I changed my work out a little and I'm seeing great results in only two weeks. I used to do the standard 3 sets of 8 reps with a min. rest in between but I was just getting way stronger but I was getting puffy instead of defines. I talked to a big natural (no juice) running back looking black guy at the gym (nice guy) and I asked how he got so big naturaly. He told me to do (which I now do) kind of a cicuit type thing. For example I do 4 exercise for an individual body part I do 12 to 14 reps each set. Instead of any rest I do one set of 12 to 14 than jump to the next exercise and do the same thing after you complete one lap/circuit then rest a min. and start over. You'll have to decrease your normal weight a little (alot really) but you'll be sweating buckets and your muscles will burn like fire when your done.
