Good to be Back

Well it has been some time since I have posted. So long in fact I had to get my account reset. Too bad I lost my post count o'well.

Anyway I have been hard at work since last June I have went from 295 all fat to 219 close to 10%. Still trying to drop.

Thought I would just fill everybody in.

Feel much better. I even to a jog last week for 2 miles. big step for me. I high school I could not even get 1 mile in.
