good running/workout music?

anybody have a serious list of some good music to download?

I have a different taste in music when it comes to just listening and when it comes to music to run/workout to. And I'm looking to download a playlist of songs for my mp3 walkman and would like some advice.

was think along the lines of:
pantera: Cowboys from hell
Pantera: Cemetary Gates
maybe some songs from the band "Down" but I dont know the names of any good songs
I'm clueless to any new hardcore type music that has came out.

anybody know that song with the lyrics that go by "Whip the bodies on the Floor" in their chorus

I'd also be interested in hearing what you got on your walkmans when ya in the gym.

Thanks Fellas.

Disturbed, Korn, or Rammstein. Heck, if you want to get really "pumped" get 3 cd players and play them all at once.

Peaches and Herb

Don't know them...but judging by the name I would say your not being serious.

So do myself and yourself a giant favor and go read my original thread and maybe you'll be smart enough this time around to notice that I clearly stated:

"anybody have a SERIOUS list of some good music to download?"

So go on...go back and re-read it, than go edit and delete your smartass response, OK, Fuckstick?

O...If you're serious and thats what you listen to....I apologize but I'd still say your choice in music is for fruitbags like yourself that must use pink weights at the the gym, while listening to your Peaches and herbs.

Good Day, Sir

Rage Against The Machine. Try some of their earlier stuff. "Killing in the name" album is solid for lifting, maybe not for cardio though.

the line is "let the bodies hit the floor" and the group is drowning pool...i bought there album..fucking sucked except for that song...but u got some good taste...i fucking love Pantera and all there albums, Down is awesome(the lead singer from pantera sings for them"...that song "stone the crow" is the best song on that album, deftones, Slipknot gets me really pumped, and static x like someone mentioned is pretty badass. also here's a tip for finding a song you like but arent sure the name...just type in any lyrics u remember on GOOGLE.com..the search engine...tons of lyrics pages will pop up and u can see the group and song name..as far as the best pantera songs..they all kickass...far beyond driven is my fav album...The PANTERA 101 proof live album is great...its like a best of cd...with all live songs.

avenged sevenfold, static lullaby, every time i die, as i lay dying, poison the well, thrice, so many to choose from.

static X is good, a mix of (kinda) techno and hard shit.

Definetly gets me pumped up and motivated.

Disturbed: stupify, The Game
(thanks for telling me about them..heard them but never knew who they were. They're pretty kick ass)
Pantera: stone the crow, cowboys from hell, cemetary gates.
