good protein/carb sources?

Hi.
I'm not sure, but is it right that bananas are good for carbs (good for right before going to gym) and milk is good for both carbs and protein? is it right that milk (fat reduced) consists of about 50% carbs and 50% proteins? i think i've heared that somewhere. but on our milk package, it says in 100ml there only 3,4g protein and 4,9g carbs. this is not much for 100ml (100 g). so milk is now a good source for carbs and proteins or not? and are bananas good for carbs especially right before going to gym?

i am on a very hight protein diet and i aim for a mixture of proteins every day.... I try and eat fish 4 times a week. I eat about 12-18 oz's of chicken breast a day. I also have about 4 shakes of whey and casein a day...
I would not go with milk as a protein source... I love milk but there is sugar in it..

If you pick and choose from the following foods and mix in some shakes you will be in great shape:
CHICKEN
LEAN RED MEAT
SALMON
TUNA
TURKEY

Pre workout: Oatmeal, apples, oranges, pasta, GREEN banana, or any medium to low carb. Protein slow, casein, meat, chicken, fish

Post Workout: Mashed potatoes, white rice, baked potatoes, yellow banana, white bread.

The carbs in the milk are slow, protein both slow and fast/(both When and casein), fat not so good so drink low fat milk. 1Liter would make out 34-35g protein and about 50g slow carbs. Just check the fat..

It's easier to think like this when it comes to something like bread: Hole grain bread with seeds and shit = slow to medium GI. White, no seeds in = fast. Toast = fast. The more you burn/heat/toast the bread the faster the carbs will get. When it comes to oatameal, they are mediumslow/fast if you just take the oats, but if you mix with water and heat it the fibers will come out from the oats and the oatmeal will be get a slower GI.

To slow down GI in carbs take: Apple cider vineguer(or however you spell it), BEST would be Psyllium Seeds - slows down with up to 30%, don't take to much of it. That will fuck with your stomach and the food will go true your body too slow making gas/cramps and shit. Drink water, lots of it.
