good or bad cutting diet?

first off my stats are 21 yrs old 5'11" 235lbs about 17% bf

meal1: 1 boiled skinless boneless chicken breast 2 slices of wheat toast plus protein shake -or- 8 oz salmon and 2 slices wheat toast plus protein shake

meal2: 6 oz canned tuna in water

meal3: 1 boiled skinless boneless chicken breast with 1 cup of green veggies

preworkout: 6 oz of tuna in water with 1 cup of brown rice. and protein shake

meal5: 10 oz of lean beef with 1 cup of green veggies

protein shake is 260 cals (5g of fat 10g of carbs 40g of protein)

Bro what is your goal,are you gaining, loosing ect...Because theres some shit lacking there depending on what your goal is ,Edit post !Whats the cal intake !

THIS is good - you would need to state your macros, calories etc for people to know for sure. Perhaps the beef size for meal 5 too large? I understand though using large meat size for dinner to prevent any carb craving at night.

Also, what is PWO? If its meal 5, you may want to move some of your prework out carbs into your PWO. I'm not a huge fan of toast for meal 1 (better to microwave some sweet potatoes to go with meat or something IMO)

Make sure you use some multivitamins, particularly calcium supplement, given that your excluding certain food groups (dairy, fruit etc)

My bad, thread says cutting diet, DUH !
 
thanks guys appreciate the input ive never tried using sweet potatoes in a diet but i am gonna do that for meal one instead of toast. also im gonna try to split my carbs between pre and post workout
