Wow can see my abs this morning... weighed in at 226. Have to watch that though, doind photos in Houston this afternoon,and my agent want me a bit soft for this set still (doing progressive cutting pictures to sell to suppliment companies and magazines).

yes, i say hello to my abs every morning. they're becoming more visable. 2 protein shakes doesn't harm them. however, when i shove the 6 eggs and toast in my face, my abs disappear for the rest of the day

Why do you need an agent at this point?

I didn't but one found me through a freind, and is doing my portfolio and photography for free (I checked him out he si legit and has a good rep), and he will get a cut of any jobs he actually gets me. He makes no money unless I do.
