I am a week out myself and I know there are more out there a week out also. I just wanted to say congrats before you even step out on stage because regardless of the placing you will recieve, you are in the best shape of your life and you busted your asses to do so!! Good luck!!

I really don't care how I place. I look the best I have ever looked which means I already have my victory.

I was aiming to be better than last year and I will be. About 15lbs of extra lean body mass and also a little leaner and much more vascular and full.
