I'm taking a week off all gym work then going straight into a 4 week sd cycle,good idea? I've done this as I've been lifting 4/5 days a week for over 6 months and working as a removalsist.found I was getting a little stale and joint sore.feel if I gave myself a refresher just before cycle id be able to blast away.can't see me losing much condition in 7 days as I'm keeping diet in check and mass loading with clean carbs so my energy will be peaking.opinions??
