i had surgery for a broken wrist and i got some hardware to keep the bone pieces together. the doctor said it would probably take 3 months to heal. its been about 9 weeks and at the 8th week i start lifting weights again, i couldnt handle it anymore. im just wondering if anyone knows if working out will actually be slowing down or damaging the bone even though i have hardware to keep it in place. ya i know its pretty stupid but please let me know what you guys think!

if you're experiencing wrist pain, youre definitely risking further damage. 3 months to heal is right, but putting exceptional stress on it will be touch and go for a while after that imo. dont expect too much too soon.
