good idea to take vitex while on deca?

just stated deca test cycle, i wanna know if i should throw in some vitex to counteract the prolactin increase from the deca. i hear that it can also help with progesterone gyno. thx

I'm using it with tren/winstrol now and love the stuff. My sex drive is actually higher now than when I was on test, and it does help with the puffy nips some. I'm using 8-12 caps a day of the GNC stuff. You can get the buy 1 get 2nd 1/2 off deal and it is about 7-8 bucks for 90 caps. Under 6 caps a day I don't get as much effect.
