Weren't you just complaining about losing your internet on another thread?? Why does it matter if you have your neighbors cable internet if you're going on vacation???

i am taking a vacation away from the internet. surprisingly it is still connected. I have no idea what verizon is doing but it is suposed to be off.And yes I am going to borrow upstairs cable for a few days maybe if i can get a wireless card

I am doing fine, thank you. Sound like you've got the ideal living arrangements mapped out. After being in Alaska, and sounding like you are really, REALLY ready to get out of there, I'm sure it's much deserved. I'm happy for you :)

Thanks! I have been here since '90 and every decision I made was to cater 110% to my ex wifes wants at the expense of my happiness. Ever since our divorce, I have been chomping at the bit to get out of Alaska!
