yea, relying a suuplements to just wake you up does 2 bad things.
1- takes away the rush it gives you pre-workout
2- can easily cause dependency

yeahh seriously... don't get dependent on ECA's.. i started that way too and now the only way i go to work out is if i dropped an ECA stack 30 min before.. call it dependency but GOD do i love working out on it..
have you tried glycerol? i started about 2 weeks ago and i love this stuff. i mix 1 tbls in my water bottle and i sip on it through my work out. really puts on a good pump.
