I was refered to fit day but didnt really like the layout when i started on eggs so i ditched it, ended up at livestrong.com or daily plate it is?? this thing said im intaking about 2000+mg of sodium a day yet i have 0 condiments like mustard or anything high sodium in diet. it said some insane amount of sodium in eggs and egg whites but was wondering if anyone on here has a good experience with an online cal or diet counter??
