got new best 365x1.
It was very easy.
After that, I went up to 385 and got that, too...
But the spotter had his hands on the bar. Should've told him not to do that. He said he did not help but hands were on the bar. Damn. Not sure if I should count this. I think I would have gotten it w/o his hands on the bar...
But it didn't happen that way.
It sure did feel good though. Was very strong today. BW still at 210 but very strong now. Speed days work! They really, really work.
Next time I'll get that weight up w/o hands on the bar. I'll get a better spotter.
