There is more to it than just those 3 anti-oxidants. Granted, most people are taking the extra stuff to create the synergistic effect. Take a look:
alpha-lipoic acid 300 mg 2 times a day
silymarin (milk thistle) 300 mg 3 times a day
selenium 200 µg 2 times a day
because alpha-lipoic acid depletes B vitamins:
2 B100 caps a day
between 1,000 and 6,000 mgs of vit C a day
400 IU of vitamin E a day
a mineral supplement
at least 6 servings of FRESH vegs or fruit a day
4 or less oz of meat per meal
8 glasses of water a day
Reduce stress levels
Walk 1 mile 3 times a week.
