good article on cutting....

thats nuts....when I cut hard and dry, I take in 30g of carbs in the am and 50-60 post workout....that's it.
 
well the guy is 210lbs....but yeah i do think the overal intake of cals and carbs may be high.....your taking in about 90g of carbs and he's doubling that ....but it's a good read for beginners.
