6-4 140?? damn son, stay away from strong winds bc you might blow away. seriously though, you really need to learn how to eat and train bro. roids are def not the answer for you right now. Go get a good weight gainer and eat at least 4 square meals a day with the gainer and you will put on some more weight.

he has posted in the weight training forum, and i have tried to lead him the right way... i told him not to worry about supplements yet, to get a solid base on nutrition and training, but i guess our advice over there wasnt what he wanted to hear...
it takes TIME to grow quality muscle... if you cycle now, you will most likely gain 30lbs of water and when you come off, without proper nutrition you may lose 40lbs- mostly water, some muscle...

we are here to help, but honestly, right now steroids are not the answer... maybe in a year, maybe longer, but not now...

yep..yep. If you cant put on a good 40lbs naturally then chances are any gains you make using AAS will just fade away in a few months post cycle anyway. Creating and maintaining mass is a full time job, not a once in a life time trip to "get there".

Sup, guys. Im a 27 year old male 6'4" 140. Tired as fuck of being skinny and im looking for something to really but the muscle on. I would love to be around 200 by the end of next year. Any idea what cycle i should try first? Do they come in pill form and injectable? Which is better? Do they affect your sex life or have any other weird ass side effects that i should know about before starting?

I would suggest for you check out your own natural hormone production
before you do anything. Then move from there.
