GOOD 5 days a week workout?

hey, i have worked out for 3 months 3 days a week......im kinda of bored with this training program i was doing......Im interested in a 5 days a week workout from mon. thru friday.........how about twice a day 5 days a week doing 30 minutes each workout twice a day or just targeting every muscle being careful not to overtrain?.....what is a great training program that anybody knows here or i can purchase that is 5 days a week?.....and yes i do understand the theory of overtraining, and that you have to have high volume low frequency....but low volume and high frequency works also for gaining muscle and getting bigger which is my goal.....i'll just work out one body part once a week....I just like the fact of targeting every muscle individually and concentrating on it...and next day concentrating on an other body part. Thank you for any advice.

Walking Beast's routine is set up for a 5 or six day split

It's a basic outline of what you want to do. After you've some experience with this type of split you modify it to go with what works for you.

Though I don't train this way anymore, when I was younger and had more time, I used similar methods, which led to a good foundation of mass. I guess many would find it a bit old school in it's approach, but if you want to go five days, I think this link contains the basics.

The other alternative is to do something like a Westside split where you have max effort and dynamic effort days and then take another day for GPP (general physical preparedness) when you do stuff like sled pulls, farmer's walks etc. to increase your fitness, ab work, and/or improve lagging parts. If you go to the Training Information Vault ( where Beast's routine is also located) you'll find more indepth discussion as well as other possibly usefull ideas.

Whatever methods you use, I'm sure you be succesfull as long as you give it an honest effort.
