Gonna try out some of this Lipoflame and Amplify

i wish workout supplements actually helped me. is any of omega's stuff available in a free sample (e.g. 1 dose)?

I've got wicked peaks on the bi's from lifting those. Trick is to twist at the top.

i have no idea what the fuck carl jr's is

(ok...i do. but only after jnevin explained it to me one day recently after he said he was eating it)

I think some people have Hardee's instead of Carls Jr.

Pretty much the same thing.

I usually do about 15-25 mins of cardio before 30 minutes of lifting.

No offense but dont waste your time with teh AMp02 stack. You gotta hit it harder than that. Take 2 lipoflame and 6 Amps and see if you really only work out for 30 minutes. Your gunna wanna go much much much linger and your pumps are gunna be bad ass.

Amp was a lil too strong for me but I am a lil sensitive to stims so the AMP kept me up for hours and hours afte I worked out.

Yeah I did half doses of each... I eventually got to 10 with the amped02, next morning was the best muscles felt way harder. The stack was good, looking forward to more Amped.
