i really don't have much to say... i think i have a room at the res to move to because it looks like i have to go back there eventually. :(

i refused to quit school even though there was an offer of a full reimbursement.

and whoever gave me bad karma for responding to one of those really kind threads can go fuck themselves.

thank you all for all the pm's... they really do mean a lot. i'm totally in a weird headspace i cannot understand right now... but your words are really helpful.

my roommate was home i think... i was puking in my bed apparently and they "helped me" according to my roommate. where that progressed to me alone with his friend in my room i don't know...

What the fuck do you mean? If he fucked you and you were passed out, there is enough evidence....

essentially it would be his word against mine because i had blacked out and i saw him with his hand in me briefly before i passed out again. the rape kit didn't show any evidence of sperm... so he could easily say that he had a conversation with me and i was consenting... and i can't say i didn't because i don't remember (although i probably wasn't conscious in actuality).


i'm trying big4... i'm good for a while and then i just cry out of the blue. today i have been ok so far..

Those are the councellors you need to talk to. They are trained to deal with women that have been assaulted. They can help you deal with all the different emotions you're feeling.
 
look, yes that case can be made... that's what i'm saying. that said, i woke up with a start and saw some guy with his hand in me... and thought, "what the fuck is going on?" but was too drunk to say anything and passed out again.

but if someone is fucking lying in their puke that's a pretty good hint that they are not "with it" enough to make any decisions.

i didn't ask anyone to come into my room.. i was "happily" puking in my own little bed, minding my god damn business.

my aunt said i can come over to be with her to have company any time during the day... so that's good too.

Smalls, If I'm not mistaken the way the laws work in Canada is that if the female is drunk she is not able to give consent (legaly). Meaning even if you told him to go for it, it still wouldn't hold up in a court of law.

All that aside I'm really sorry to hear about what happened and wish you the best of luck no matter what you decide.

I also have to say that you are making fantastic gains and are looking better and better every week. Keep up the fantastic work and be proud of yourself!

smalls, I am so sorry :( you must be overwhelmed with various conflicting emotions right now, I hope you have someone you trust who you can talk to about it all.

I second big4life in suggesting you find a rape crisis center near you. You can call the RAINN hotline to find out what center is nearest you: 1-800-656-4673 (RAINN is the national network for victims of rape and other sexual abuse.)

But, if you don't feel up to calling just yet, you can access a rape crisis counsellor at http://www.rapecrisis.txcyber.com online. It's not the same as seeing someone - they can take a while to reply -but at least it's safe and it's easy.

I hope you're coping okay. Take care of yourself.

dont let this ruin the last part of your uni course

you've gone this far in your life, dont let it be ruined by this guy.

focus on your work, and your friends and most of all your family. finish up the year and do the best that you can. dont worry about your roomate now, you;ll hopefully neer have to see him again.

the fact that people will now know he's been questioned by police should hopefully get him crawling under the biggest rock imaginable. i dont hink anyone paying him a visit is a particularly good idea but then again i said that elsewhere too

the guy in question doesn't live there but his family does. i really don't know how the police will contact him but i imagine they will somehow.

i'm moving into residence at school in two weeks. my phone number will be the same, for those of you who know it.

it's really weird because yesterday i was crying at the drop of a hat, and today i just haven't really been able to eat much :( but i'm feeling a little better.

i'm going to get back to working out this week when i can. hopefully tomorrow... i really don't want to quit this cycle.

i know its hard to conceptualise but in other places, when its summer, this big yellow ball of light becomes visible in the sky and warms (stop me if i get too technical btw) the ground....so you dont have ice and snow everywhere
