Gone Lifting v. Tiger88 case no. 86-753-09 J
It has been brought to the attention to those of us who give a rats ass, that a conflict has emerged between two bors of the Elite Order, I offer my services free of charge, in hopes that we can make a peaceful and satisying resolution with all parties involved.
Gonelifting presents the complaint of Bor title infringement.
It is gonelifting's assertion that the hereforth mentioned title "Official Bor" of the Elite Society of Bors (from this point known as ESOB) has been encroached upon by one Tiger88, also a member of the ESOB.
However, after an intense investigation by a panel of experts in their respective fields, the following has been submitted as evidence:

Tiger88 has in fact, chosen the title "Official Plat Bor" void of malicious intent or malfeasance, which by semantic distillation and double blind case studies on phonetics, is distinctly different than the trademarked, "Official Bor" title.
Therefore, the court makes its ruling in favor of Tiger88 that he is granted full use of "Official Plat Bor" for the entire term that he remains a platinum member of Elite Fitness and fulfills his duties and obligations to the ESOB.
Court is dismissed.
