Our branch has taken over alot of Hawaii's action. Time difference for staying late and also going in early because asshats who have not met call stats (talk time, conversion, etc have training and I have to be there too)

Find a good lead source and get yourself over to an established brokerage. You can do just fine off of 4 loans per month when you get paid on your fees instead of bps.
