As for goldeneye, i'd say that game was the best multiplayer game ever, until Unreal Tournament came out. I love both of them. They have their strengths. I'd say goldeneye is a close second though. Both awesome though.

I don't remember if I mentioned it before, but downloadCounterstrike and Day of Defeat

Both are great on-line games which use the Half-Life engine. Very fast paced and addictive.
