Well it seems like while I'm juicing I can't hold more than about 190lbs at 4000 cal a day. 4000 cal a day is enough effort as it is eating fairly clean. I can now understand where many of you guys who eat so much of whatever while bulking are coming from. I am not going to add 500 more empty cal a day to bring it to 4500cal a day though. But I have added more red meat and flax seed oil and healthy starches. I will see where 4500 cal brings me and take it from there. I have been taking 50mg prop a day and 500mg enan a week along with 500mg primo a week for 4 weeks. I am dropping the prop now as the enan and primo should be hitting my system full blast soon. I started at 182 lbs and have leveled off at 190 lbs, maintaining this bw for the last 2 weeks. if I need to go as high as 5000 cal at any point, I will do so, and with much greater respect for those who eat so much.
It used to be I feared getting "fat". While I still don't wanna be fat, I have come to grips with it and my quest for size outweighs any such fear. Not say I plan on balooning up, but I have let go of wanting to hold on to some degree of leanness. The quest for size is on. For all those who ever told me this already along the way, I thank you. I have a better understanding now I beleive. Just make sure the diet advice is as sound as the bulking dvice, as next time around is a cutting cycle in late spring.
In the mean time, I will be more relaxed about the caloric totals and the cheat meals won't leave as much guilt. Peace.
