Going running w/ a bodybuilder-

so the question is will I get my ass kicked or leave her in the dust? LOL.

seriosly, this gal is like 5'8, 165 & benches 200!! She asked ME to go running w/her-- we're meeting at the track in the afternoon- any suggestions? Im scared :worried:
 
if she's on dbol the calf pumps will paralyze her within a mile.
 
If that's you in the avatar, you'll do fine. Her legs will have to expend more oxygen to propell her extra body mass.

yeah, but her legs are HUGE- really muscular like sprinters. So Im thinking I can take her on in the 400s but she will kick my ass in the 40s!! shit.
 
she probably cant run for shit. most 'bodybuilders' i know cant hang at all when it comes to running. after a mile (if they even make it that far) at my pace they are done.

i will be surprised if she even runs the first mile at an 8 minute pace.
 
word to that, i've got the same impression that poink does. i don't see any necessary connection between bodybuilding and an/aerobic conditioning. it's not based on any personal experience, however, so you can be assured that i'm absolutely correct.

you will kill her all around. I was on the track team in college but my thighs had gotten so big all I could do was the discus. I looked funny when i ran.
