going out and your sleeping schedule...

to you guys who go out (or for you old timers, when you used to go out)

how do you not fuck up your sleeping schedule when going out on the weekends?

I have to wake up early during the week to hit the gym, go to work etc...6:30 usually. "try" to get to bed around midnight on the weekdays.

Problem is, come either thursday night, friday or saturday night.....one of those nights. I go out....am out till 5-6am and come home and can't fuckin sleep. I end up falling asleep at like 7am and sleeping till at least 2-3pm

i sleep all day and my sleep schedule is ruined for the following week.

how do you deal with this?
 
stop doing coke first. make yourself wake up only sleeping 3-4hrs then between 8-10pm you should be ready to crash and start your routine all over again.

lol!! i don't do coke much.If i did coke i'd be falling asleep at 12pm everyday
i'm just a night owl and when drinking, smoking and women are involved, time flies.

Oh I know. I used to stay up for 3 days straight every weekend for over 6 mos. Usually from thursday til sunday then I'd crash about 6pm and sleep for 12-18hrs pending on my schedule.
 
how old are you?... now that im 27 I find myself going home alot earlier. if your coming home at 5-6am your schedule is going to be shot no matter what.
