to you guys who go out (or for you old timers, when you used to go out)
how do you not fuck up your sleeping schedule when going out on the weekends?
I have to wake up early during the week to hit the gym, go to work etc...6:30 usually. "try" to get to bed around midnight on the weekdays.
Problem is, come either thursday night, friday or saturday night.....one of those nights. I go out....am out till 5-6am and come home and can't fuckin sleep. I end up falling asleep at like 7am and sleeping till at least 2-3pm
i sleep all day and my sleep schedule is ruined for the following week.
how do you deal with this?
