Going on Week 5

Going on Week 5 and I have slowed down a little in my weight loss. I am still lossing approx 2lbs a week, compared to that of the 13lbs the first 3 weeks.

My lifting workout is showing a little progress, I am able to bench 30lbs more then two weeks ago and it does seem to help a lot more by lifting heavy with less reps, compared to lifting light with increased reps.
