Going from arimidex to aromasin

My source didn't have aromasin so have been using arimidex currently at .5mg/day. I now have aromasin and planning to start using it.

Is it as simple as just stopping the arimidex one day and taking the aromasin the next? Or do I need to do a taper in/out type thing?

The aromasin tabs are 12.5mg. Does one a day sound like a good place to start, given my arimidex dose?

you are fine and actually much better off with aromasin... if you were dosing arimidex ed then stick with ed for aromasin at the 12.5 mg...
